Let’s have a weekday hike at UNF. There are some great trails and a chance to spot an owl or a gopher tortoise. We’ll hike for about 5 miles on shaded trails.

Bring water, insect repellant, and suntan lotion. Parking is $3.00, so let’s meet in the Publix parking lot at St. Johns Town Center about 9:45 a.m. and consolidate cars.

If you are driving directly to the trailhead, enter UNF from the 9A/St. Johns Bluff Rd entrance and go about 1/2mile. The trailhead parking is on the right where you purchase parking passes. No pets.
